By accessing or using AI Driver (“AI Driver,” “the Service,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Independent Tool — No Affiliation

AI Driver is an independent delivery-driver productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Amazon Flex, Google, Apple, OpenRouteService, or any other delivery or navigation platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purpose of AI Driver

AI Driver helps drivers extract delivery addresses from itinerary screenshots, view route and mileage estimates, look up and contribute gate/access code information, and open routes in third-party map applications.

Permitted Use

You may use AI Driver for lawful personal or business delivery work, including scanning your own delivery itineraries, reviewing route and mileage estimates, and looking up or contributing gate/access code information for legitimate delivery or access purposes.

Your Responsibilities

You remain responsible for independently verifying delivery addresses, route order, mileage, estimated driving time, gate codes, access information, and navigation instructions before relying on them. You must comply with applicable laws, property and access rules, delivery-platform rules, and safe-driving requirements at all times.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• use AI Driver to facilitate unauthorized access to private property
• copy or redistribute substantial portions of AI Driver's software, graphics, or written content
• resell, sublicense, clone, or commercially exploit AI Driver without our permission
• reproduce AI Driver's original graphics or content for commercial purposes
• scrape, systematically harvest, or bulk-extract the Gate Code database by automated or other means
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying database
• disrupt, attack, bypass rate limits/security measures, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• reverse engineer the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• use AI Driver for any unlawful purpose

Route / Mileage / Time Disclaimer

AI Driver provides route analysis, mileage estimates, driving-time estimates, estimated finish times, and navigation links as assistance only. This information — along with OCR results and gate codes — may contain errors or become outdated, and may differ from actual road conditions, third-party navigation apps, delivery-platform calculations, traffic, road closures, GPS conditions, or other real-world conditions.

Gate Code Disclaimer

Gate codes shown in AI Driver may be contributed or entered by users and are not guaranteed to be accurate or current. You must independently verify access information where appropriate. AI Driver does not guarantee that any gate code will work. Gate-code information must only be used for legitimate delivery or access purposes.

Third-Party Services

AI Driver may rely on third-party services for functions such as optical character recognition (OCR), route/mileage calculation, maps and navigation, hosting, and database infrastructure. These third-party services operate under their own terms of service and privacy practices, which are outside AI Driver’s control.

Intellectual Property

AI Driver’s original software, code, graphics, images, written content, documentation, branding, and original UI/design elements are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. This protection covers AI Driver’s original expression of these elements — it does not extend to general ideas, features, workflows, or concepts. AI Driver does not claim ownership of any trademark belonging to Amazon, Google, Apple, OpenRouteService, or any other third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Driver is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Driver and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to route or mileage inaccuracies, gate code inaccuracies, missed deliveries, or delivery-platform outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Modifying or Discontinuing the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AI Driver, including specific features, at any time, and do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of AI Driver after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
